Stopped in here yesterday April 13th for an after dinner pie and tea.
Was not disappointed!
The pie and beverages were fresh and delicious and at what I consider a great price.
Tabitha as our server was fantastic, helpful and very good at putting me in my place with my spouse (as well I should have been).
Very enjoyable, clean and efficient!
We'll be back! -

Chalk this one up as the worst breakfast ever! I ordered the steak and eggs with hash browns, you would have thought I ordered the child's breakfast with the teeny tiny portions. The hash browns were so bad I could not eat them, they were soft and soggy and tasted freezer burnt frozen, I've NEVER not eaten hash browns, EVER. I spoke with the manager and her reaction was, "no one else complains about them". I realized why I haven't been to a Sharis in 11 years, I went to the one in Garden City and it was terrible 11 years ago! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH OR DINNER PLEASE!

Location: it really depends on the time of day, always use to light to get in and out during peak traffic.
Inside: it's not horrible but it is dated and the seats are worn out, you sink. It's still clean which is nice. It depends on the time of day but sometimes there are people there yelling about how they are the savior at ten pm on a Friday but the staff does a great job getting them outside.
Staff: 100% five stars for the staff, I've always had good luck and friendly service. Trisha is the best! I have the three stars for them but it would be five if it was just based on service.
Food: oh man, this would be the rough one. I haven't ever had a decent meal (excluding pie) but I don't eat meat so maybe they do a better job there. Their fruit plate is way over priced and of the chances I've given it, horribly low quality. The veggie burger patty is the most disgusting I've ever had, I've had the brand prepared elsewhere to much better ends. The bun it came on was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife and could barely bite through it. The fruit it came with marked the last time I get anything but hot tea and pie.
Honestly it's a place to hangout with your friends for hours, tip well if you do, the servers rock, the food is horrifying, but it's a staple in Boise life. -

They charged us full price for this! We asked for their cheddar burger, but instead of in a bun we wanted a lettuce wrap. Ummmm ok... two patties and lettuce on the side was $15..... damn next time we will go anywhere else!

Where's the ZERO stars option?! Waited 15 mins for a table in a less than busy restaurant. Food was cold, pancakes were hard as a rock, and the eggs were not made to order. A huff from our waitress when I had to ask for syrup three times. Waited, waited, waited for the check to pay for our uneaten breakfast. Finally dropped some money on the table and walked out. Hopefully the people waiting listened when I told them it was horrible and not worth the wait. Never again.
